Oh, did I mention the pool view from my room? It was so delightful to watch the pool patrons and be a part of their every conversation and splash.

I recently stayed at Southern Cross Beachfront for three nights and had an amazing time. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the main precinct and right across from the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had stunning views from both the kitchen/balcony and lounge. I appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and the usual amenities like a hair dryer and iron. The complex facilities, including table tennis, tennis, pool, spa, and sauna. The owners, managers, and staff were exceptionally friendly and provided the best service I've experienced in years. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment felt just like home with all the necessary amenities including a washing machine, dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. It was so convenient to have a hair dryer, iron, and other necessary items readily available. The spacious two bedroom and two bathroom layout was perfect for our family.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the private balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel on the Gold Coast. The location was perfect, situated in a nice quieter area with good areas for walking. We loved being right opposite the beach, it was so convenient to have beach access just steps away from the hotel. The view from our unit on the 15th floor was absolutely amazing. We could see the sweeping coastline up to Surfers Paradise and down to Burleigh Heads Pavillion. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the full-size laundry facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. We also enjoyed the fantastic amenities, including the sauna, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa lounge. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay on the Gold Coast truly memorable. We highly recommend it to families seeking a luxurious and convenient stay.

We liked facilities and stuff there, everything needed for our weekend. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Willow Dining that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Located in 2 miles from Burleigh Heads;))

I really loved the decoration at Southern Cross Beachfront Holiday Apartments. The hotel had a charming and elegant look, with beautiful furnishings and decor throughout. It made me feel like I was staying at a luxury resort. As a senior woman, I appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable seating areas in the hotel's general areas. It was all very accessible for me, with plenty of seating and easy navigation.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and responsive. Sometimes, it seemed like the children working there were a bit overwhelmed and didn't always have time to address our needs.

This hotel's location is unbeatable - it's within walking distance of two patrolled beaches and everything else I needed for my stay. The facilities were fantastic, particularly the heated pool and spa. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing great information on local restaurants and attractions. Transportation was easily accessible with a bus stop less than 500 meters away, making it easy to get to the amusement parks.

I tried calling the staff for hours but no one answered. When I finally reached someone, the front desk manager was very rude and condescending.

Great location and amazing view! So close to restaurants and shops. The apartment is well equipped with a functioning kitchen and laundry, which made our stay very comfortable. The pool area and other facilities were well maintained during our entire stay.

The curtains in the bathroom had some mold and the bathtub was stained. The blinds in the bedroom didn't block out any of the outside lights which made it bright during the night.

Had a wonderful weekend! Loved the modern furniture and amazing view from the balcony. The heated pool was the cherry on top! Location was ideal, close to the shops and restaurants and just across from the beach. The interior was clean, neat and the kitchens were fully equipped.

Some complimentary bathroom toiletries and laundry detergent would have been nice to have included. The shower pressure was a bit weak at times.

The place was overall satisfactory, but there was nothing really extraordinary about it. The location was convenient, with the beach and town within walking distance and a well-maintained park nearby. The staff was helpful, and the apartments had basic equipment. The view from the deck was nice, and some apartments were refurbished, which was a plus.

If you are looking for luxury, this may not be the place for you.
